Também houve distribuição de presentes, gentilmente doados por madrinhas e padrinhos da rede municipal, contribuindo para o acolhimento e celebração desse momento especial na vida das famílias vimaranenses.

Eu amo, eu cuido!

No dia 10 de janeiro, aconteceu a solenidade de posse dos Conselheiros Tutelares e suplentes eleitos para o quadriênio 2024/2028, no Teatro Guarapiranga. O evento foi realizado pela prefeitura, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social e Desenvolvimento Comunitário (SASDECOM), em colaboração com o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (CMDCA). A presença de inúmeras autoridades, familiares dos conselheiros e a comunidade em geral engrandeceu a cerimônia.

Em Guimarães, 23 candidatos concorreram às vagas de conselheiro tutelar, em outubro do ano passado. Destes, cinco foram eleitos como titulares e cinco como suplentes. A partir de agora, os eleitos passam a representar a sociedade na defesa dos direitos da criança e do adolescente, trabalhando pelo direito à vida, à saúde, à educação, ao lazer, à liberdade, à cultura e à convivência familiar e comunitária.

A presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente, Janilce Pontes, destacou que foram meses de expectativa, desde a realização da prova escrita dos candidatos até o teste psicológico e a eleição popular. Segundo Janilce, tudo transcorreu dentro da normalidade. “Agradeço a todos que, de alguma forma, colaboraram para este momento especial”, diz ela.

O prefeito Osvaldo Gomes parabenizou os conselheiros que desempenharam bem suas funções e entregaram o cargo, assim como os novos que assumem esse grande desafio. “Estamos juntos para defender os direitos das crianças e adolescentes”, afirmou.

Os conselheiros empossados são: Regiane Araújo, Nelson Pontes, Herbeth Ferreira, José Francisco e Jaina Pinheiro. Os suplentes são Thaise Marcele, Eliane Pereira, Lilia de Cassia, Raissa Emanuele e Iasmim Duarte.

O prefeito Osvaldo Gomes, o promotor de Justiça Frederico Bianchini, o tenente Reginaldo representando a Polícia Militar; os secretários municipais Luzinei Maia, Reginaldo Lopes, Olivia Gonçalves, Raimundo Berto, o chefe de governo José Benedito e o vereador Alfredo Louzeiro.

A Secretaria Municipal de Educação realizou, nos dias 18, 19 e 20 de dezembro, a III Conferência Municipal da Educação Infantil, com o tema “Indique – Indicadores de Qualidade na Educação Infantil”, tema criado pelo MEC e desenvolvido pela Unicef.  O evento ocorreu em três locais estratégicos: na Creche Anjinho de Deus I, na sede; na U.E.B Manoel Martins da Silva, em Damásio; e, na U.E.B Artur Raimundo Farias, em Genipaúba.

A iniciativa envolveu toda a equipe escolar e as famílias das crianças e seu objetivo principal foi discutir e desenvolver novas metodologias para aprimorar a qualidade da educação infantil nas escolas de Guimarães, mostrando como os Indicadores de Qualidade funcionam como ferramentas de autoavaliação. Foram delineadas sete dimensões que serviram de base para as discussões acerca das questões escolares.

Os participantes se organizaram em sete grupos para discuti-las, culminando na consolidação da plenária, quando ideias e propostas foram compartilhadas.

Esse trabalho seguiu os critérios estabelecidos pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC) e as informações geradas são utilizadas pelo selo Unicef para alcançar metas que visam melhorar as condições de vulnerabilidades sociais.

A participação dos pais nesse encontro foi crucial, pois foi possível demonstrar que a avaliação do processo educacional deve envolver diferentes perspectivas, do porteiro à copeira. O sentido maior de uma avaliação completa é assegurar que as crianças recebam tratamento adequado e que todas as dimensões trabalhadas estejam efetivamente sendo implementadas na escola. A avaliação, nesse contexto, permeia todos os aspectos da instituição de forma abrangente e participativa.
